I help individuals facing complex divorce, child support, paternity, criminal or family law issues to make informed decisions about their future. I also represent individuals who have been charged with a crime and are facing prosecution in Nebraska .

I have comprehensive family and criminal law experience. In the areas of family law my focus is upon the following areas: Divorce, custody, child support, modification, parenting time, parental rights, paternity and step-parent adoption cases.

In the area of criminal law my focus is upon Driving Under the Influence (DUI), assaults, drug possession cases, sex crimes, violation of protection orders and many other offenses.
 

Personal

I was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and still have ties to that area. I relocated to Lincoln, Nebraska following my graduation from the University of Wisconsin. I have been a resident of Lincoln, Nebraska for over 24 years and I now considered Lincoln to be my home.

I am divorced and I share custody of my child with my former wife which enables me to better understand the intricacies of how divorce affects children.
